Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly to ensure smooth delivery of your order.

We offer the following shipping methods:
Domestic (within Australia):
Parcel Post (standard mail)
Express Post (next day delivery with tracking)

Parcels up to 2kg:
Pack and Track International - Air Mail with tracking
Registered Post International - Air Mail with signature on delivery, no tracking
Parcels over 2kg:
Air Mail - no tracking, no signature required to accept delivery

Orders will ship via Pack and Track if available in your country.
If not, orders will go via Registered Post. 
If Registered Post and Pack & Track are not available in your country, we will ship via Air Mail.
All parcels over 2KG will ship via Air Mail.

Our shipping is currently not insured, and we can not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne and operates standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing time. For pre-orders please note the release date, as your item will be shipped with the aim to arrive on that day.

If the item you ordered has sold out due to limited availability, you will be contacted by our customer service team and you will be offered an exchange or refund. Please note the below delivery times are a guide and can not be guaranteed:

WA / NT (5-9 days)

Express Post - Next day after shipping, if located within the express post network. Otherwise allow 2 days. To check if your shipping address is in the express post network - visit

Pack and Track International, Registered Post International and Air Mail - Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

There can be delays at International Customs, in which case orders can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on Australia Post rates. Costs are based on product/s purchased, delivery address, and shipping method chosen. Costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

For International orders, duty fees and charges can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver's country. For more information please contact your local customs office. The majority of our orders are not affected by Import Taxes, however we cannot control any import taxes applied.


Where possible, we try to list the garment manufacturer in our product descriptions.

We ship pre-orders the week of release, with intention to arrive on release day. International customers - we try to send earlier, however we often do not receive all the appropriate items until close to release date.

Note: If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order, these items will ship when the pre-order becomes available. This is due to only one shipping charge being apllied on the order placed. We cannot ship items separately if they are ordered together in 1 transaction. We recommend ordering pre-order items in a separate transaction, so they don’t hold up delivery of other in-stock items.

We ship all vinyl sealed and unopened (when we receive it sealed). If you would prefer the vinyl removed from its sleeve when shipped – please note that in the ‘Special Instructions’ section of the checkout. We can not guarantee the condition of your package upon arrival, and do not take responsibility for vinyl damaged in transit. We package vinyl in LP mailers with fragile tape, and do our best to ensure it arrives at the destination in the best possible condition.

- All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date. 

- All merchandise must be returned in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged)

- Vinyl records can only be returned if the item is defective or damaged

- Please email us if you wish to return or exchange an item:

- Exchanges: Please return your items to the address below, and include a copy of your order packing slip or confirmation, noting the item you wish to exchange, and what you would like to exchange it for. 

You will need to pay for the return postage to us, however we ship exchanges back to you at no extra cost (first exchange only).
