Mouseatouille - DJ Set – Silver Stars Repress LP (Black Vinyl)
With the first pressing of their album DJ Set sold out and selling for $$$ on Discogs (wtf!!!) nine-member Melbourne-based Mouseatouille announce the Silver Stars repress.
Same glorious tracklist, still on trusted black vinyl, complete with insert, but now with twinkling silver starry print job on the front cover art.
Initially a fuzzed-out, lo-fi cassette recording, high school project, Mouseatouille synthesise the care and precision of orchestral arrangement with the spontaneity and carelessness of getting together with your friends to make music simply because it's fun.
Since the original release of DJ Set back in 2025 the band have toured the country culminating in a performance at Meredith Music Festival, opened for Black Country New Road (for a second time), Weatherday and First Day Back, played two shows at Phoenix Central Park and headlined a packed Marly Hotel for King Street Crawl.
Mouseatouille headline The Curtin in Melbourne 26th of September, playing songs from DJ Set and premiering material from their next album, due 2027.
