We ship pre-orders the week of release, with intention to arrive on release day. International customers - we try to send earlier, however we often do not receive all the appropriate items until close to release date.
Note: If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order, these items will ship when the pre-order becomes available. This is due to only one shipping charge being applied when the order is placed. We cannot ship items separately if they are ordered together in 1 transaction. We recommend ordering pre-order items in a separate transaction, if you don’t want to hold up delivery of other in-stock items.
While we package all vinyl orders (domestic & international) as carefully as possible, we can not guarantee the condition of your package upon arrival, and do not take responsibility for vinyl damaged in transit. We package vinyl in LP mailers with fragile tape, and do our best to ensure it arrives at the destination in the best possible condition.
If you wish to have your vinyl removed from the cover to avoid any chance of it breaking through the cover during transit, please request this in the "Special Instructions" field during checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- All returns, exchanges and refund requests must be made within 30 days of order fulfilment date.
- All merchandise must be returned in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged)
- Vinyl records can only be returned if the item is defective or damaged

Please send back the unwanted item or size to the returns address below.
Please include a note with your name, order number, and size/item you wish to exchange for.
Once we receive your item, we'll send out the exchange item free of charge (first exchange only).
- Returns/Refunds: You may return an item for a refund due to change of mind or size/fit unsuitable, as long as the item is in original condition (not washed or worn, only tried on). Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed onto the original form of payment (Credit Card or PayPal).
- Damaged/Faulty Items: If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order, so we can arrange a replacement where possible.

- Orders Returned To Sender marked Unclaimed: If your order is returned to sender marked Unclaimed, we will refund your items and email you to let you know, in case you want to re-order. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded, as we are charged for shipping to you, and for the parcel return to us.
