Domestic Postage (within Australia):
Australia Post Parcel Post (standard mail with tracking)
Australia Post Express Post (next day* delivery with tracking)

International Postage:
International Standard - available for shipments up to 20KG
(6-10 business days delivery time, online tracking, email notifications)
International Express - available for shipments up to 20KG
(2-4 business days delivery time, online tracking, email notifications, signature on delivery)
Our shipping is currently not insured, and we can not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
DELIVERY TIME
Our warehouse is located in Melbourne and operates standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing time. For pre-orders please note the release date, as your item will be shipped with the aim to arrive on that day.
If the item you ordered has sold out due to limited availability, you will be contacted by our customer service team and you will be offered an exchange or refund. Please note the below delivery times are a guide and can not be guaranteed:

Express Post - Next day after shipping, if located within the express post network. Otherwise allow 2 days. To check if your shipping address is in the express post network - visit http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html
If you wish to mark your delivery "safe drop" or "authority to leave", when you receive your Australia Post tracking link (in the shipping confirmation email), scroll down to My Post and set up a free account. Then you can select "safe drop". Please note this is done at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing or are stolen, if you have nominated for parcels to be left unattended at your address.
International:
International Standard Post: approx. 6-10 business days
International Express: approx. 2-4 business days
There can be delays at International Customs, in which case orders can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. There can also be delays at peak times e.g. Christmas.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on Australia Post rates. Costs are based on product/s purchased, delivery address, and shipping method chosen.
IMPORT TAXES/DUTY FEES
For International orders, customs charges may be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the customs office in the receiving country, and are the responsibility of the receiver. These charges vary from country to country, and change from time to time, and cannot be estimated by the sender. Customs charges go to the government of the receiving country. UK customers please note: Customs charges are now applied to imports into the EU with a value over 15GBP.
We have no control over import taxes applied by other countries.
