RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns, exchanges and refund requests must be made within 30 days of order ship date.
Vinyl records cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the delicate nature of the records and the covers, which are very easily damaged in transit, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Vinyl.
If you have received a faulty or damaged record, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Please send back the unwanted item or size to the returns address below.
Please include a note with your name, order number, and size/item you wish to exchange for.
The item must be returned in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged).
Once we receive your item, we'll send out the exchange item free of charge (first exchange only, Australian and New Zealand customers only).
For customers located outside Australia & New Zealand, postage costs will apply.
if you wish to exchange an item from one band, for an item from a different band, it will need to be processed as a refund and a new order.
You may return an item for a refund due to change of mind or size/fit unsuitable, as long as the item is in original condition (not washed or worn, only tried on). Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed onto the original form of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, AferPay or ZipPay).
